3. Timeline & Client Responsibilities
- Work begins after receiving the deposit and a signed project brief.
- You must provide all text, images, logos, and feedback on drafts within agreed deadlines. Delays may push back the launch date.
- If you request extra features or changes that alter scope, we will quote additional fees and adjust the timeline.
4. Revisions & Changes
- Includes up to two rounds of revisions during design/development. Feedback must be consolidated per round.
- Minor fixes after launch (within 14 days) are included at no extra charge.
- Major changes or new features after launch will incur additional fees (quoted in writing first).
5. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Deposits are non-refundable. If you cancel after work starts, the deposit covers planning and design hours already spent.
- If I cannot complete your project, you will receive a partial refund of fees paid, minus work already performed (based on hourly rate).
- No refunds apply once the final site or app has been delivered in working form.
6. Intellectual Property
- All original code, design files, and assets remain my property until full payment is received.
- Once final payment is made, you receive exclusive rights to use and modify the delivered site/app.
- Any third-party tools (plugins, fonts, images) are subject to their own licenses. You must maintain those licenses if required.
- I may showcase your finished project in my portfolio unless you request confidentiality in writing.
7. Warranty Disclaimer
The website and services are provided "as is." I make no guarantees regarding uptime, performance, or specific search engine rankings. I am not liable for indirect damages, loss of data, or lost profits.
8. Limitation of Liability
My total liability for any claim related to these services will not exceed the total fees you paid. I am not responsible for third-party services, such as hosting failures, or client-side issues like browser compatibility on outdated devices.
9. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising from these Terms must be brought in the courts of England and Wales.
10. Modifications to Terms
I reserve the right to update these Terms at any time without notice. Continued use of my services after changes are posted means you accept the new Terms.
